Agreement
Flowstack CRM is operated by Parah Tech. By accessing or using Flowstack CRM, the client business agrees to these terms. If the client business does not agree, the service must not be used.
Service description
Flowstack CRM provides tools for WhatsApp Cloud API messaging, template management, automation flows, analytics, and compliance controls.
Client responsibilities
- Maintain lawful grounds and opt-in consent for messaging.
- Submit only policy-compliant templates and content.
- Keep account credentials secure and restrict access to authorized users.
Acceptable use
- No unsolicited messaging or spam.
- No prohibited content under WhatsApp Business Platform policies.
- No attempts to bypass messaging limits, approvals, or compliance safeguards.
Payment and billing
Subscription fees, payment terms, and any usage-based charges are specified in the client order form or subscription agreement.
Data ownership
Client businesses retain ownership of customer data. Flowstack CRM uses customer data only to provide the service and as described in the privacy policy.
Service availability
Flowstack CRM targets high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows and external platform dependencies may impact availability.
Termination
Flowstack CRM may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment, or legal requirements.
Limitation of liability
Flowstack CRM is provided “as is” without warranties. Liability is limited to the amount paid under the applicable subscription during the previous 12 months, where permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws specified in the client agreement or order form.
